Learn Thai is an educational flash card game designed to teach English speakers how to speak Thai.
As the sole developer, I was responsible for the game's entire development, from programming and UI to audio, content, and deployment. The game runs in a web browser on both PC and mobile, with input adapting to the platform's available keyboard controls.
Gameplay & Systems
The core gameplay is built around interactive flash cards. Players can listen to Thai pronunciation, skip a card, request a hint, reveal the answer, and enter their own response before checking it.
Correct and incorrect answers are communicated through visual and auditory feedback before progressing to the next card. Additional systems include adjustable volume levels and customizable backgrounds, with the interface designed to accommodate both desktop and mobile play.
